               | | Aptitude Test     By Chris Oakley     Chapter 2     Jared Cranswell 1235 Pontchatrain Drive New Orleans, Louisiana National Reconstruction Bureau Southeast Regional Training Center Electrical Engineering Division Bradenton, Florida
  Dear Mr. Cranswell:

Enclosed with this letter you will find orientation
material pertaining to your general instruction in our training program and
to standard procedures for accessing the stipend funds which will be paid
out to you during your instruction in our training course. Also enclosed are
your first stipend check from the NRB training program and a list of banks
in the Southeast region where you can process transactions on your stipend
account. Prior to beginning your main NRB training curriculum, you
will be given a mini-course in protecting yourself from the hazards of
radiation. We thank you again for volunteering to serve in the NRB
and look forward to seeing you post a distinguished tour of duty. Signed, Horace Booth/Superintendent, SRTC Electrical Engineering
School A MESSAGE TO OUR PASSENGERS FROM CONTINENTAL BUS LINES

Due to lingering problems with radioactive fallout, we
strongly recommend you avoid the Washington D.C. area at all costs....     The NRB IS A FARCE! Why does our government continue to keep up the charade of a
"reconstruction program" when we all know that there’s no reasonable hope of
ever mending the horrendous damage this country suffered ten years ago?!! Our
scarce time and resources should be concentrated on providing for the cities
that still live, not squandered on futile attempts to revive the ones that are
dead! RESIST ILLEGAL USE OF MEN AND MATERIAL!! SAY NO TO THE NATIONAL RECONSTRUCTION BUREAU! LET THE DEAD CITIES REST IN PEACE!     National Reconstruction Bureau State Central Affairs Office for South Carolina Columbia, South Carolina
  Dear Mr. Cranswell:
This letter is being sent to advise you
of the status of your housing assignment for your upcoming tour of duty in
Charleston. Due to security considerations we have been forced to temporarily
shut down the group living facility where you were to have been billeted
following the completion of your training in Florida. We assure you that we
are making every possible effort to find you alternative quarters and will
contact you as soon as the necessary arrangements have been completed.     In the meantime, we wish you best of
luck with your training in Florida and look forward to having you on our team
in Charleston once your training is complete.      Valerie Burns     Director of Personnel Affairs, NRB South
Carolina State Office     Chief of Police Bradenton, Florida FBI Southeast Regional Headquarters Atlanta, Georgia
Dear Sir: Enclosed with this letter is a list of all currently known
and suspected anti-NRB agitators in your area. Individuals whose names are
marked in red are people we believe to be actively working to incite
opposition to the NRB and its operations. Rest assured that the FBI will make
every effort to help your department put a stop to these fanatics’ illegal and
highly treasonous activities in your city. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate
to contact us immediately. Cordially yours, Everett Parkette Southeast Director of Anti-Subversion Operations       To Be Continued
